Performance Test Engineer

• We need this person to be full-time deployed at Delhi location at a client-site
  Should be good in dealing with clients while communicating with them fluently in Hindi and English languages.
• Performance Testing roles; with practical knowledge of at least 1 Load Testing tool like Micro focus LoadRunner or Neo load or JMeter or WAPT
  
• Proficient in Requirement Gathering and performance test scenarios finalization, Test Script preparation and Test Executions
  
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in performance engineering & Monitoring; with practical knowledge of at least 1 APM tool like Dynatrace or New Relic or AppDynamics
  
• Minimum 1 year of Experience in Performance optimization, tuning and addressing bottlenecks
  
• Proficient in APM tools agent installation, configuration & Dashboard preparation
  
• Should be a quick-learner and be able to learn and use any new tools found feasible on a given project
  
• Should be able to drive the project single-handed and co-ordinate with clients confidently
  
• Very good communication skills, Analytical skills and Reporting skills
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 - 5 years (Delhi) of experience (2-3 yrs Mumbai)
  
• Performance Tester who is proficient on PT tools like JMeter, LoadRunner.

• Should be good in dealing with clients while communicating with them fluently in Hindi and English languages.
  
• Education: 70% above in SSC and HSC, 55% aggregate in BE/BSC-IT (preferably Mumbai University)
