Responsibility

• Be responsible for the management of software development project, the
analysis and dissolving of software problems, ensure the on-time and
high-quality software release.

• Complete the software effort estimation, define software development time
schedule/milestones according to project timeline, and finish the
documentation such as risk analysis, project manual and project order.

• Act as interface between software team/project team/manager/customer,
coordinate the multi-party communication.

• Allocate rational tasks to software developer/tester, coordinate the
cooperation between team members, make sure all software requirement is
correctly and fully implemented based on the process of company.

• Conduct all software engineering activities in software development
phase, including software requirements, software design, Code Reviews, unit
test, module test, integration and integration test, software test, software
release, etc.

• Supervise the documentation in each development phases to ensure the
integrity and criterion of documents; track and control the software changes
based on software process,

• Close communication with project team; necessary support for system team
and project manager.

• Report to higher level about software progress, software changes and
other important information; contribute to the improvement of development
norms and methods.

• Provide correct and robust software version for testing, release,
customer sample delivery and production.

• Implement other tasks from manager.
