About Organization: Our client is a Multinationalpharmaceutical / Healthcare company.
About Role: The role will work alongside the Head of Unit to address all human capital needs of the business.
The ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. He/She will communicate with the board of directors and with senior management to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and the company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits
Recruitment and Selection
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
People Operations - work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate training programs
Suggest new HR strategies
Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or any Related field
Minimum of 8 years experience
HR Professional certification is required i.e CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, CIPD
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Previous multinational experience an advantage.
Digital and IT Savvy a plus.
