We need a Director of Technology who canassume responsibility for the discovery, build-out, and implementation of new software and hardware upgrades to help facilitate the growth and stability of the business. Examples include but are not limited to: Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Field Management Software (FMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), productivity tools, Project Management software and other tools to help drive operational and revenue growth and productivity efficiencies.
- Passion for improving the operational systems, processes, and policies across all functional areas of the business
- Provide management reporting, information flow, organizational planning, and business process improvement.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning.
- Responsible for modernization, build-out, and scalable integration of JLGs tech stack
- Evaluate new technologies that align with the strategic vision/growth initiatives
- Investigate opportunities for automation to decrease reliance on manual efforts
- Create and review technical requirements, SOWs, and deliverables documentation.
- Design, implement, and manage operational and sales technology enhancements and special projects.
- Develop annual budget for operations and improvements
- Manage relationships and lines of communication with third-parties and technology partners
- Increase the effectiveness, efficiency, coordination, and communication across all functional areas of the business through progressive technologies.
