Our Client is a captive contact centre providing seamless 24/7 customer support services in multiple languages. Over the years, they have diversified into providing 24/7 multilingual contact centre solutions to global names in aviation, telecommunication, retail and finance.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (B2 - C2)
  

• Flexibility to work shifts
  

• Previous customer service experience preferred
  

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in German Language
  

• Create customer confidence and develop the appropriate solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  

• Actively support the improvement of our customer service
  

• Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  

• Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
  

• Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
  

• Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchases, etc.
  

• Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required
