As an HR and Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing HR services to the business in all areas of HR including talent acquisition, talent development and HR Operations including payroll administration. You will also provide HR support to the Head - HR in projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the business in the recruitment process including liasing with candidates
- Screen candidates, schedule & conduct interviews with hiring managers & follow up with candidates
- Handle Work Pass administration including processing of applications and renewals.
- Track the status of candidates and provide regular update on workforce metrics to Global HQ
- Create an exceptional candidate experience vis- -vis the onboarding of new hires including induction and new hire administration
- Assist in the annual Performance Management cycle and the Learning & Development process
- Provide HR administration support in areas of employee management, engagement and exit
- Support Payroll & Leave Administration (monthly attendance, payroll tabulation, CPF and IRAS submission etc)
- Maintain employee documentations, files and HR IT system.
- Assist to clarify questions relating to insurance coverage, entitlement, claims etc.
- Organize company s recreational and other welfare activities (festive celebration, various employee engagement activities, etc)
- Support in HR projects and initiatives.

- Candidate must possess a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Preferably have at least 2-3 years experience in people management and / or HR operation
- Knowledge of MOM regulation and industry best HR practices
- Familiar with Payroll Administration
- Able to use Excel to develop analysis and Powerpoint to develop presentation slides
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment
- Well organized, positive, hands-on, proactive, and analytical
