Reinsurance Manager

Responsibilities:
• Negotiate, Monitor and Optimize all reinsurance related topics both internally and externally to be able to maximize the value of the products and thus our profitability
• Act as a focal point for all reinsurance and risk mitigation discussions for all LOBs to leverage on the fact that AXA Egypt is multilinear.
• Manage the relationship with all Reinsurers and Reinsurance Brokers.
• Conduct Portfolio Retention and Reinsurance Cost Optimization Studies
• Manage Facultative Reinsurance (Life only)
• Support in the launch of New Products
• Work with stakeholders to identify, create, and monitor various reports and key business metrics.
• Analyze data for stakeholders and present analysis in a format appropriate for strategic discussion.
• Develop and execute the reinsurance strategy to support AXA Egypt business strategy
• Analyze AXA Egypt risk portfolios presented by primary underwriters and determine risks retention levels for the company.
