Quality Manager (Manufacturing Industry), Trichy

• 10+ years of work experience in electronics manufacturing in defence Electrical and
  
• Electronics industry is highly essential.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation of ISO 9001:2015, IEC 17025:2017- QMS in Electrical and Electronics industry in the rank of deputy Manager.
  
• Development and review of ISO 9100:2015 procedures, QAP, ATP, QTP, FAT etc.
  
• Experience in Conduct of Management Reviews and internal audits as per ISO 9100:2015 and IEC 17025:2017.
  
• Good understanding of industry and regulatory requirements for defence industry.
  
• Good exposure to, IPC/ J-STD, JSS 55555: 2012, MIL- 461 E/F,MIL-464, MIL-810 G standards.
  
• Develop vendors and conduct supplier/vendor evaluation audits.
  
• Develop measure and monitor KPIs, Process capability and key characteristics with SPCs Cp, Cpk and Control charts.
  
• Implementation of Defect Control, 5S,GEMBA walk,POKEYOKE and experience in CAPA, RCA and FMEA,FMECA.
  
• Conducting special Process validation and process audits.
  
• Interaction with DGQA, HVF, BEL, CEMILAC, DGAQA, DGNAI, MSQAA and OTHER ECOSYSTEM PLAYERS are desirable.
  

Requirements

• ISO 9001:2015,IEC 17025:2017 Lead auditor / internal auditor certification is desirable.
  
• Desired Profile -10+ years of work experience in electrical and electronics manufacturing in defence industry is highly preferred.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and IEC 17025:2017, QMS in electrical and electronics industry as Deputy Manager.
  
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engg/ Mechatronics from a reputed institution
