PROJECT & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

What will the role entail?

Overseeing and planning maintenance and revisions of the property.

Managing and supervise external suppliers (adjusting the costs to the budget).

Checking the work of internal- and external employees.

Oversee maintenance of documentation supporting project records to ensure that the construction and decision process history is maintained.

Layouts of restaurants/hotels/offices.

Ensure quality control standards for construction (eg. cost, timing, site building design layout, specifications).

Monitor and control the construction process by coordinating the efforts of others (eg, Legal, Expansion, and engineering consultants).

Keeping administration/ paperwork tidy, as well as making sure invoices are taken care of.

Constantly keeping an eye for detail.

Requirements of the position:

Availability to be based in Ibiza.

Architecture/interior and industrial Design knowledge

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in architecture or Interior Design.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Maintenance controlling.

Technical skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, Microsoft office

Fluency in Spanish and very good level of English.

A hands-on, pro-active and structured work attitude.

Flexibility with regards to scheduling, working on the weekends and bank holidays.

Hotels/Restaurants experience is a big plus.

Youre legally allowed to work in Spain.

Driving licence, own car.
