Administrator / Office Secretary
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Maintain project communications
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Handle technical data as project coordinator
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred, High school diploma or equivalent.
