THE POSITION
This position will be part of the dynamic and vibrant HR Team in the ever-growing Food & Beverage Industry. You will be supporting our operations in manpower requisition, sourcing out like-minded candidates to come onboard with us. You will also be required to provide support to ensure smooth delivery of the HR Services provided to the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle work-pass related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
- Employee Lifecycle Management (e.g. onboarding, attend to query on HR related matters, offboarding, P File Management)
- Assist in preparing the necessary Payroll Report
- To business partner a segment of restaurants on their recruitment needs which include job posting, pre-screening, arranging of interviews and to conduct interviews when necessary
- To design and work on employee engagement initiatives as well as partner with Clients HR stakeholders which include government agencies, recruitment agencies and industry partners
- To track data on recruitment statistics for analysis of recruitment policies
- To assist in HR/Adhoc Administrative Duties
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in the related field
Experienced in recruitment or human resource management is an advantage
Good knowledge in Employment Act and HR best practices
Detail oriented and meticulous with the ability to work within deadlines.
Being able to adapt to changes should unforeseen circumstances arises
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as well as in team.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Management
