Trusts and Estates Practice Development Manager

We have partnered with a large law firm in the Hackensack, NJ area to provide them with a Trust & Estates Practice Development Manager.

Can be in New York, New Jersey, or Florida Offices.

Responsibilities of the Trust & Estates Practice Development Manager:

• Organization of and monitoring the status of estate planning clients, keeping track of when retainers are sent and received from clients, once retainer received knowing the assigned attorney and following the status of the drafting process, keeping track of when documents are forwarded to clients, and following up to ensure documents are executed.

Requirements of the Trust & Estates Practice Development Manager:

• 5+ years experience with Trust and Estate Practice Development Manager.
• Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must have law firm experience.
• College degree preferred.
