Responsibilities:

1. Use LinkedIn and popular job boards to source, relevant candidates. This will take over half your day.
2. Screen and process candidates while building rapport with them.
3. Collaborate and support the rest of the recruitment team.
4. Troubleshoot and make clear decisions based on analytical thinking.
5. Embody the Urban Ashram values of integrity, transparency, and integrity.

1. Ability to really understand what someone is saying and clearly communicate what you think.
2. Know how to manage your desk and yourself.
3. Ability to plan time realistically and execute the same.
4. A detective and analytical nature.

Specific Details:

1. Work location: In-office, BTM layout Bangalore.
2. Work Timings: 5 days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM
3. Direct report: Account manager
4. Senior Report: COO
5. Designation: IT Recruiter
6. Salary: 10,000 per month
7. Benefits: 5,000 per month against rent and travel.
8. Bonus: 30,000 to 60,000 per placed candidate
9. Target: 2 to 6 Candidates placed per month.
