Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing plans and executive programs for stores, which are ultimately aimed at achieving the main objectives of the institution.
• Executing exchange, return and addition permits.
• Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves, and stock safety according to storage instructions.
• Supervising workers during the operations of adding stocks, arranging them, and organizing them properly in accordance with the instructions.
• To suggest improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the work performance of its management.
• Carrying out all the tasks requested by the warehouse manager and warehouse coordinator within the limits of work in the warehouse management.
• Submit a weekly report to the warehouse manager and warehouse coordinator stating what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with the reason.
• All tasks must be done according to the official procedure approved for warehouse management.
• Responsible for keeping all records of the quality forms for the warehouse management procedure and all his work is subject to internal review.
