الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist with placement and manage intra-aortic balloon pumps.
- Assist patients with achieving their rehab goals on the nursing unit by working closely with occupational and physical therapy.
- Perform EKG and EEG examinations of patients to obtain graphic indications of heart activity
- Operate electrocardiogram (EKG), cardiac treadmill testing equipment and record data.
- Perform EKG'S, assist nurses in ICU and record all body fluids I/O.
- Assist in all non-invasive nuclear, pharmacological, stress echo, treadmill stress tests.
- Advance arrhythmia recognition and basic EKG interpretation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cardiac telemetry network equipment and software
- Monitor continuous ECG telemetry for changes and emergent patient conditions
- monitor tech, unit clerk, CNA ,
- Maintain dept ACLS medications and equipment.
- Assist CNA's with patients' needs and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate documentation both on paper as well as EMR.
- Stock and inventory of EP, pacemaker and ICD equipment.
- Assist staff cardiology group in establishing and launching the first M.G.H.
