Tasks

• You are responsible for working closely with technical experts and project managers in creating, updating and managing project schedules
• You ensure that an open communication system is available where all stakeholders are informed about changes to established schedules
• You are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of schedule updates
• You analyze the impact and extent of subcontractor delays and major schedule changes
• You create high level integrated master schedules in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders
• You suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget and time
• You plan and create schedule delays and summary reports
• You create and update progress curves
• You perform project progress monitoring duties, as well as identify critical activities and review forecasts with progress achieved to date

Profile

• University degree (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or else)
• Solid experience in a similar role and project environment, ideally in the context of Oil & Gas, Process Engineering and/or Construction
• Proactive, strategic, innovative and analytical thinking and acting
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project)
• MS Office tools and perfect German and English language skills are required
• You live for a dynamic start-up culture and want to be part of this unique project
