Talent Acquisition Partner
When joining the HR Team at Teamtailor you will have a direct impact on our success and continued growth! As a Talent Acquisition Partner you are a valued and appreciated member of our hiring teams, working closely with hiring managers and team members.

We are not looking for a superhero - we want your passion and positive attitude to shine through in your work and interaction with the people around you. We welcome your fresh perspectives on hiring and encourage new ways of thinking - for us the candidate experience is a priority!

To succeed in this role we expect you to feel comfortable running the full life cycle of recruitment and being able to coach and support your hiring managers. We would like you to feel comfortable in setting up a framework like competency based hiring or similar.

In addition we believe that you:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience from recruiting, preferably a variety of role types such as sales, customer support, product and tech. If you have done this in a startup or scale up environment or similar this will be beneficial!

  • Feel confident to do sourcing of candidates for some of your vacancies by using Linkedin or other tools when needed.

  • Are happy in an environment where there is room for creativity, change and opportunities to constantly improve the ways of working!

  • Communicate and write in both Swedish and English on a professional level.

  • Are a natural team player!
