Senior Product Designer (f/m/d)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Designer to join our Spend tribe, where you will oversee the design and implementation of some of Moss s core experiences such as submitting and processing Invoices as well as other Payables.

Your Responsibilities

You ll work closely together with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to align on the scope and priorities and to ensure proper implementation of your designs. You will:

• Improve our customers' spending experience together with your team.
• Oversee the implementation of your designs together with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Use and contribute to the Figma design system and our component library.
• Contribute actively to other product design topics like new features we are exploring.
• Speak to customers to validate your design ideas and identify their needs.
• Actively provide input to the broader product strategy.

About You

We believe you ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

• 3-5 years of experience shipping world-class commercial software, ideally in the fintech/b2b sector or similar.
• End-to-end experience with designing products for web & mobile.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with and building design systems in Figma.

In addition, you ll be successful in this role if:

• You can handle complex product challenges, often involving a strong understanding of their technical, development, or business aspects.
• You rapidly understand project requirements, frequently fill in gaps of understanding or accurately list trade-offs.
• You re able to independently conduct appropriate research and interpret analysis effectively into designs.
• You deeply understand the industry and landscape, rarely missing a beat on how your designs would fit into existing customer workflows.
• You know when to focus on the big picture vs zoom into the details.
• You re deepening your product and domain expertise, regularly participating in research and reviewing customer feedback channels.
• You are fully self-sufficient and you get the right things done on your own, owning the process end-to-end.
• You deeply understand industry patterns, and can identify how and when they are effective.
• You make meaningful contributions to design patterns that others leverage.

As a product designer, you'll be overseeing the design and implementation of the Moss Demo booking experience and onboarding flow. You ll work closely together with your PMs and engineers to align on the scope and priorities and to ensure proper implementation of your designs.
