سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيIn this role, you ll be working on company s policies, team s records and documents, learning & development, and initiating trainings & programs for beneficial purposes. You ll also be involved in all day to day operations within the company, and making sure everyone is well aligned with whatever is initiated from the HR department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement training & development plans after evaluating the need for each department.
Develop our benefits module, and work on applying it.
Handle all the performance appraisal process, while providing support for improvement if needed.
Update existing employees data on our HRIS and keep record of new hires.
Develop the company s HR policies and procedures, and make sure they re well communicated and implemented.
Handle all employees inquiries that relate to the HR different functions.
Assist all management team in promoting growth and development plans.
Initiating training programs that are needed for employee s development through conducting analysis.
Engaging employees through initiating team building activities and programs.
Design and/or implement engagement surveys to gather insights and measure engagement level of associates.
Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
Create and develop HR initiatives including but not limited to competency models, Performance Management Framework, code of conduct, employee handbook and Succession Plan.
2-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
HR certification is preferable.
Solid knowledge of different methods of selecting candidates.
Awareness of Labor Law.
Previous experience in using an ATS and HRIS.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management, and organization skills.
