Duties And Responsibilities:
- Developing and presenting telesales propositions.
- Preparing and maintaining sales presentations.
- Manage a team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet and/or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including: prospecting, territory development, lead qualification, customer presentations, pricing, negotiating and closing.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare sales plans and reports.
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Proactively scoping the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assessing customers met and unmet needs, and recommending solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
- Review expenses and recommend improvements.
- Handle sales proposals as well as inbound and outbound sales with the support of the sales team.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Tracking and reporting results as necessary while making recommendations to the upper management in the best course of action for both short and long term plans.
- Communicate consistently with upper management. Able to create reports and recommendations as requested.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and opening the doorway to committed relationships and long-lasting relationships.
Job Requirements
- +3 years experience as a Sales Manager.
- BSc or MA/MSc in Business or Marketing. MBA will be considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer-focused, innovative thinking, self-starter, flexible, highly organized, and strong attention to details.
- Proven track record of positive sales performance.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Fluency in English.
