This is a remote position.
We are Formunauts and proud to support more than 100 great charities in Europe and Latin America to achieve their goals. Our clients include amazing Charities like Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, WWF and Greenpeace.
Our multi-award-winning SaaS solution has been making fundraising campaigns more efficient since 2014, thereby increasing our customers' available funds. Since 2020, we have been empowering important projects with the world's first marketplace for face-to-face fundraising, democratising the market and opening up new potential for organisations and social impact startups.

As a Software Support Agent, you and your team will:
- design with our editor digital face-to-face campaigns for our charity partners
- answer technical support requests from our users & solve problems
- configure and monitor imports and exports
- design help articles, newsletter posts and other content
- advise & train customers on how to use our service
- bring important ideas and needs to the product team
- make fundraisers and donors happy through smart digitization
We are looking for you because you:
- are willing to go the extra mile for our customers
- enjoy communication AND software
- are a digital native and operate Office & Co in your sleep
- are solution-oriented, stress-resistant and have a good feeling for your counterpart
- speak and write English, other foreign languages would be good
- already have experience or training in the field of customer care/IT/graphics/fundraising
- ideally were even a fundraiser and speak the language of our customers
- Bonus: experience with HTML and other front-end languages
