Quality Assurance Analyst

• Document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
  
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to understand product goal and identify system requirements
  
• Participate actively in Unit, Integration, API, and Regression testing
  
• Write test cases for each user journey
  
• Schedule automated tests to run periodically, monitor test results, analyze failures, and report issues
  
• Document test cases, corresponding results, and defects
  
• Review defect feedback for testing improvements
  
• Identify test scenario for automation
  
• Write and integrate automated REST API, Browser based tests
  
• Carry out Performance / Load / Stress and Security Testing
  
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs and monitor debugging process results
  
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
  
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects
  
• Be familiar with testing tools and methodologies
  
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  
• Minimum of 2nd class lower in first degree (Professional Qualifications is an advantage)
  
• Minimum of 2-3 years Software Testing experience
  
• Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
  
• Good background in ICT industry, consulting, and business advisory
