Senior Facility Management Engineer

Job Description

• Manage and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, maintenance and so on
• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including House Keeping, maintenance, grounds and security
• Ensuring & Implement that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Allocating and managing teams’ schedules between buildings & supervise the multitaskingoverlap that might occurred.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
• Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
• Liaise with internal employees, contractors to plan work schedules in carrying site work.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or relevant discipline
• Preferably with +5 years
• Experience in oversee and follow thru project with good leadership
• Strong knowledge in building design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with personnel of all levels
• Positive attitude, good team player with flexible thinking
• At Least 3 years’ experience in facility Management
