Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree at 2.1 level (or equivalent)
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Masters/PhD)
• Relevant Professional Membership (e.g.International Association of Career Advisors (IACA) (desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum of five years relevant post qualification experience in delivering successful employability and careers functions within a competitive HE environment
• Experience supporting students with bespoke one-to-one advice, as well as specialist student support in an HE environment
• Experience in the delivery of high standards of customer service within an employer facing or service delivery environment
• Experience of developing effective internal and external networks to enhance outcomes and foster collaborative practices, as well as collaborative working within a professional services environment.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth understanding of the educational environment and the current graduate recruitment markets both within Egypt and the wider MENA region.
