Implementation Coordinator

Job Description

As an Implementation Coordinator, your role begins with ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. You will complete many of the implementation tasks independently and work closely with the Implementation Engineers to make sure the implementation process of a client’s product is done seamlessly. As this role is client facing, strong interpersonal and communication skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. This means you are a person who LOVES building strong relationships with new clients and developing an understanding of their needs. We will rely on your feedback to contribute to overall improvements of the implementation process and help resolve any onboarding obstacles to offer the client the best experience possible.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in similar role, preferably within a technology/software company or professional services firm
• Very strong English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Critical thinker with strong attention to details
• high communication skills
