الوصف الوظيفي
- Tolead the Delivery & Assembly department and work with the Logistics to ensure customer expectations are met and goods assembled & delivered as per agreed timeline.
- Establish and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders and external partnersin order toprotect operational standards and help safeguard the COMPANY culture.
- Toanalyseand act on the results of the COMPANY Customer Satisfaction Survey, COMPANY Brand Capital report and commercial reviews.
- Toensure all relevant country strategies and priorities are aligned in the store business and action plan.
- Identify,recruitand develop the many talents in the Delivery & Assembly department, to grow co-workers within the department.
- Tomonitor the productivity of the Delivery & Assembly departmentin order totake relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and performance in the store business plan and logistics action plan.
- Toensure the building of business competence by supporting managers, group leadersand team leaders in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans.
- Tolive the COMPANY values and nurture a strong and thriving COMPANY culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store, specifically in the Delivery & Assembly department.
- Toensure that the department works in compliance with the COMPANY Code of Conduct, internal COMPANY regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
- Understanddepartment action plan and support the goals and targets given to me by my manager to ensure the effective execution of our action plan.
