Bachelor s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training Food service or hospitality background. Minimum 5 years of experience in the catering industry (catering specialist and catering operation) with at least 2 years in aircraft catering at the supervisory level. Exposure to all departmental structures within Inflight Services design development and delivery. Knowledge of airline operating procedures and cabin service techniques is highly desired. Good understanding of catering operations functions, cabin crew-related issues, and requirements. Skills: Fluent in English (Spoken & Written) Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and oral communication and good interpersonal skills Should have the ability to influence others and promote change. Good leadership, well-organized and supervisory skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and be able to work as part of a team. Able to work independently.
