Corporate Account Executive (Medical Insurance Field)

Job Description

• Create meetings with clients “online or offline ” to discuss more details about our services .
• Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of great service to his/her Clients
• Monitoring the performance of the portfolio and the medical insurance products by constantly reviewing the experience of the corporate clients.
• Follow up on the clients’ premiums’ payments, renewals or cancellations of policies .
• Receive client information, photos and ensure Medical cards are printed on time and delivered

Job Requirements

• Ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High customer service orientation.
• Good knowledge of using computer applications.
• Medical Background or BS in Pharmacy is a must .
• Experience from 0 to 2 years in a relevant field.
