Job Description
Training CenterAdmin is required to handle the below tasks:
- Can work from home.
- Communicate with instructors and candidates for courses appointments.
- Create courses link meetings and send them to the participants.
- Attend and record minutes of meetings
- Manage courses database.
- Utilize the company Learning Management System to coordinate training sessions.
- Explain the company scope, and fill out course registration and evaluation forms.
- Fill out the course attendance sheet each every session.
- Deliver learning materials and certificates to the trainees.
- Receive and note all candidate's complaints and suggestions,
- Responsible for printing materials, and brochures.
- Deliver and receive company packages.
- Prepare a database of the needed third parties and service providers
Job Requirements
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience with ZOOM/Teams soft wares.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively
