الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave etc.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Maintain records of personnel-related of payroll, vacations & final settlement.
- Preparation the contracts and appointment decisions for the new staff and print any order from the top management or any others matter related to the work.
