الوصف الوظيفي
- Establish and maintain long term project plans while reporting progress as required, generate risk assessments, escalate issues, and facilitate project review presentations.
- Build and update flexible Service Level Agreements with Marketing and Sales functions aiming to plan and execute plans on time and in full.
- Coordinate between variant operational functions to assure launching new products on time and on cost while highlighting any gaps to the management with a solution proposal
- Align category service level agreement between producers and commercial team and implement actions in the supply & replenishment of inventory that leads to optimum cost in terms of inventory, lead time, delivery, and service levels.
- Analyze producers capacity to determine categories' supply capacity and bottlenecks and provide suggestions to resolve bottlenecks; identifies areas where demand may exceed rough-cut capacity and propose alternative solutions.
- Perform demand planning cross-functional activities to ensure full alignment on long term plans for expansions and new products/businesses and communicate those targets to variant stakeholders.
- Improve supply indicators that would drive short lead time supply orders and optimum finished good stocks.
- Update related plans based on company strategies and top management directions; and keep the stakeholders updated with the readiness to deliver those plans.
