EH&S Supervisor

The EHS Manager position isresponsible for developing, planning, coordinating and directing environmental and health/safety activities to ensure employee engagement, regulatory compliance and implement the EHS management system to protect human health and the environment.

Identify and develop good working relationships with state and local authorities (i.e., state/local environmental and safety agencies, wastewater authorities, fire departments, ) appropriate internal Environmental, Health and Safety contacts

Stay current and ensure compliance with Federal and State Regulations and the record-keeping requirements for each

Work with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations

Train employees in OSHA requirements for safety and in the environmental aspects of their jobs to comply with EPA and TCEQ requirements

Keeps Quality Associates team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and actions being taken to improve the situation

Support communication in the facilitation of team meetings to ensure teams remain on schedule and in compliance with training requirements, as a certified Local Trainer

Mentor team to communicate and work together

Monitor the performance of the Quality Associates

Monitor and schedule the Quality Associates on a daily basis
