Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Presales Engineer to act as a bridge between our sales team and the technical aspects of our product, ensuring that clients understand the value and capabilities of our product. The job holder will provide technical support, product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to meet client needs, facilitating successful sales. Desired Candidate Profile Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Provide technical expertise during sales presentations and product demonstrations. Respond to detailed customer inquiries and RFPs (Request for Proposals). Conduct product demonstration highlighting product features, benefits, and capabilities. Customize presentations to address specific client needs and use cases. Work with product management and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with the product roadmap. Gather and relay customer feedback to product management
