The Local Beet (TLB) that came into being in 2018 is the brain child of Dr. Sami Al Bader- a passionate food analyst and nutritionist . It consists of 3 restaurants, 1 Central Kitchen and 1 Hospital Kitchen. The Daily Beet follows under the same leadership. We are located in Kuwait and have our branches in Kuwait City, 360 mall, Vibes complex. and have been providing catering services for over three years (and counting) to Taiba Hospital- one of the leading health center in Kuwait.
