The Bench Lab Team Lead position is the first step on the ladder of the Salt Lake City Lab Management Team. The Team Lead is responsible for monitoring the daily functions of a team of associates within the department. A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and to follow directives from Supervisor and Manager is essential.
