COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a wellestablished nationwide brand committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.
Club Pilates Las Vegas will be hosting open interviews for all locations on January 6th 2024 from 2pm4pm. Join us at our Spring Valley location: 5060 S. Fort Apache Road #115. *Please remember to bring a copy of your resume.
POSITION:The purpose of the Front Desk is to assist members with customer service close sales and communicate via all platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent sales communication and customer service skills required
Goaloriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships retail private training and teacher training
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
Hearing sufficient to understand conversations both in person and on the telephone
Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
Must have excellent public speaking skills
Must have proficient computer skills
Weekend availability required ability to work in Henderson/ Green Valley Henderson Studio
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute sales process of lead generation follow up and close
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wants
Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
Emphasize of the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
Participate in special events (health fairs grand openings marathons and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness
Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
Hourly pay plus commission on sales for new memberships and retail
Opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions with additional opportunities in franchised locations across the US
