Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a newage digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
You will own the overall relationship with assigned key accounts which includes managing onboarding implementation training increasing adoption ensuring retention and high levels of customer satisfaction. Establish a trusted and strategic advisory relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer onboarding and golive on the platform: drive implementation charter for the payroll product
- Understand and configure the customer payroll and compliance needs onto RazorpayX payroll
- Build strong customer relationships with continuous engagements to ensure the customer is live
- Provide support to customers over phone email chat and other tools
- Be the conduit between the customer and product team to identify and build new features
- Run weekly webinars and training sessions for new customers and employees
- Crosssell and upsell additional RazorpayX payroll product
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelors or higher education
- 4 to 5 years experience in managing and implementing payroll/hr solutions
- Domain knowledge in HR or Finance is mandatory
- Understanding of payroll compliances and norms in India is desirable
- Familiarity with SaaS software implementation and project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer facing tools like Freshdesk Intercom appreciated
