Federated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Supervisor Supply Chain Support Centre on a permanent basis on our Supply Chain team.

This position requires onsite work and is based in Calgary Alberta.

Were looking for a dynamic leader to drive success in our Supply Chain team! If youre passionate about guiding and developing a highperforming team while ensuring toptier customer service this is the opportunity for you.Please note this position may require working evenings weekends and Stat holidays.

What youll do:

  • Guide the administrative team in executing daytoday activities in the Customer Service value stream to support retail within the CRS.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs stakeholder feedback and retail customer input ensuring corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Identify peak seasonal timelines and ensure adequate support to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to develop team members retail and operational knowledge and skills.
  • Regularly assess employee processes to ensure adherence to guidelines and promote continuous improvement based on feedback.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for direct reports and assist with employee precalibration sessions.
  • Conduct regular retail satisfaction reviews to identify areas for improvement within the department and operations.
  • Compile monthly claims data highlighting trends and topclaiming retailers and present findings to Warehouse and Transportation Operations.
  • Foster employee engagement through collaboration with Supply Chain Operations commodity stakeholders and retail customers.

Under the direction of the Manager you will work alongside an additional Supervisor to provide leadership and guidance to the team members with the Support Centre.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have 36 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics or customer service support roles.
  • Have a bachelors degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
