Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow sales opportunities through relationshipbuilding and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a passion for closing business and follow up/follow through be able to effectively communicate technical information and have strong personal skills. The role requires proficiency with standard business software and the ability to engage with clients through various sales channels.

Our Leads just come in! Our product is in very high demand and almost sells itself. This is not a market analysis role. This job is turning hot leads into sales. If you like closing deals with live customers in a fastpaced environment then this is the right job for you.
Lead Engagement and Outreach: Quick to follow up on leads and reach out to potential clients.
Customer Success Management: Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent followup support regarding product usage and application.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Show genuine interest in the needs and challenges of clients ensuring they feel valued and understood.
CRM Data Management: Log sales activities future tasks and customer insights in Salesforce. Use Salesforce to manage your activities and plan your day.
Consultative Selling: Establish oneonone relationships with customers positioning oneself as a trusted advisor and providing personalized recommendations for crossselling and upselling new products.
Order Closing: Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts maximizing conversion rates and revenue.
Customer First Attitude: Deliver fast and responsive customer support.
Market and Product Expertise: Get to know the market and our customers needs thoroughly.
Build Recurring Revenue: Strategically build and nurture a book of business.

Educational Background: A college degree is a plus but whats more important is your drive and ability to succeed.
Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a prospect or customerfacing sales or support role showcasing the ability to engage effectively with clients and prospects or demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
CRM Proficiency: Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
Business Development Skills: Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate longterm relationships with clients leveraging a strategic approach to identify and capitalize on sales prospects.
Expert DealClosing Skills: DealClosing Skills: Demonstrates superior proficiency in closing deals and negotiating agreements.
