Location: Staines TW15
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Are you a dynamic instruction Winning Estate Agent Do you have experience in Residential Sales.
If you are a vibrant charismatic individual with a great property background we have a superb opportunity at an energetic Estate & Lettings Agency in the Staines TW15 area.
To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience; a proven track record of achievement in a property sales role significant successful experience of valuations and listings as well as mentoring and motivating both a sales team.
The perfect candidate will be highly selfmotivated wellpresented well spoken eloquent engaging charming and specifically be capable of winning new business at the right price for the right fee.
You will also be innovative and capable of spotting new and valuable business opportunities.

Skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
- Ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
