YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a talented analyst to leverage datadriven insights to support strategic decisionmaking and optimize partner operations in Romania. THE JOURNEY

• Understand business needs of stakeholders under your scope and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions to optimize Glovo & partners operations.
• Develop and maintain scalable and selfservice visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
• Deepdive on business metrics in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable datadriven decisionmaking based on applied statistics and probability techniques.
• Work closely with local/regional stakeholders to define how to best optimize operations monitor and give visibility of metrics and KPIs.
• Support recurrent processes within the team enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs.
• Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics (delivery time efficiency costs) gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovos logistics.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Data science Statistics Economics Business Administration or any related field.
• SQL proficiency is mandatory / Python is a plus.
• Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker Tableau or Qlikview.
• Professional English and Romanian (mandatory).
• Analytical thinking / approach.
• Business acumen and passion for endtoend project management.
• Critical reasoning.
• Teamwork.
• Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for addedvalue impact.
• Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs.
