Experience: Min 10 Years Design & development tasks Undertaking Unigraphics NX Solid works & AutoCAD.
Salary: no bar for suitable Candidates
Education: BE Mechanical

Design of following types of machines using for paper mills
Refining Disperser Screening Pulping Cleaner Reject handling
Knowledge of Selection all types of necessary items to need machine design Bearing Pulley Belt Coupling Sealing Gearbox Motor etc. Calculations of Power required RPM Torque and Shaft design etc.
Selection of basic material as per their properties & specification
Understanding the principle of specific equipment
Knowledge of Selection all types of bought out items.
TASKS UNDERTAKEN :
Working with a design team Handling the project of the customer as per their requirement To take the details & overall dimensions of the equipment on site as per customers requirement & design the product
Design the SPM job (related paper making) as per order from the customer.
Preparing the Castings drawing of the part
Workload Distribution
Solving Problems in shop flower by working closely production people involved in fabrication machining and Assembly areas.
Design & Development of solid model with the help of 2D layout
Efficiently drafting detailing the section with BOM GD & T Machining symbols etc
Creating solid surface & cast 3D models of a part along with drawings
Creating Solid Modeling Surface Modeling Sheet metal Part Assembly Drafting on Unigraphics Layout of the machine on the Auto cad and Detailing of the machine Layout that is the preparation of the separate manufacturing drawing of the part of the machine
