The Impact Youll Have
As Maintenance Manageryouare responsible for drivingthe overall of theengineering and maintenanceexcellence of yourPlacemakr property including proactive and effective maintenance and the experience of everyone onsite employees residentsgueststhirdparty partners and building ownership/management.This position will be supported by the Area Chief Engineer and General Manager to which this position reports to.
This Maintenance Manageris a handson position thatwill focus on the building equipment (HVAC Plumbing Electrical and Elevators) building security and safety building inspections preventative maintenance turnover planning and managing technicians workload and unit work orders manage vendor contracts for unit turnovers.
This position requires open availability for scheduling including nights weekends and holidays. The exact hours and days of the week and weekend that you will be scheduled will be rotational.
