Responsible for designing implementing and testing the infrastructure and processes. These individuals are proficient in concepts such as infrastructureascode deployment orchestration and application tooling. There will be specialization in specific areas such as processes or specific platforms.

Essential functions

Maintain test implement deploy configure and validate systems. Collaborate and communicate with business and technical teams. Analyze existing systems and deploy new systems. Maintain and utilize system documentation; perform and document maintenance and adhere to system standards.

Execute basic code and command line interface (CLI) for internal cloud deliverables onprem solutions and/or mainframe supported solutions. Provide support in updating documentation related to controls and procedures. Provide support in monitoring to ensure compliance and system accuracy. Create appropriate deliverables throughout the life cycle.

Assist and perform maintenance and firmware upgrades. Recommend solutions to address current system deficiencies changes for maintenance recommend improvements and system standards. Consults with senior engineers on performing corrective measures for deficiencies and escalates alternative proposals.

Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity exercises as needed. Perform User Administration. Performs backup and recovery for encryption systems.

Support projects issues and troubleshooting with understanding of the encryption system. Applies understanding of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance principles to procedures methodology and application standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Basic Mainframe experience: JCL z/OS DB2 IMS TSO/ISPF and Distributed experience

Basic knowledge of cloud environments including AWS or GCP preferred

Basic knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Github; Basic Terraform experience preferred

Experience as System Administrator or Hardware/Infrastructure Administrator preferred

Fouryear college degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems Information Technology or related field plus one year related experience; relevant experience in lieu of education accepted

Available to provide 24/7 support

Available to travel 10

Ability to work in high volume availability environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
