Program Integrator Senior Level

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraphcleared SeniorLevel Program Integrator.

The Program Integrator shall assist individual program managers initiative leads and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs initiatives and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Perform crossprogram analysis to assist in responding to investment Portfolio (JP) actions and producing reports. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs Statements of Work (SOWs) Program Management Plans (PMPs) Risk Management Plans program schedules Technical CICA memorandums and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/ portfolio status.

• TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired).
• Bachelors Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• Twelve 12 years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management contract management and/or financial management and a bachelors degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree Project Management Institute PMP certification Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIA Level III in any focus area and an additional three 3 years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen 15 years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with PlanIt is preferred. In lieu of certification an additional three 3 years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen 18 years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables slicers and pivot charts.

Must have NSA experienceand other desired skills needed are:

• Finance/Budget experience
• Building/creating contract documentation
• Program Management experience
• Agency tools expertise (FACTS CMIS Program Insight JIRA Confluence PMRs ARBs PfA etc.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and experience in other Microsoft Office Suite products
