Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our People Experience Team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences have a strong background in event management and possess excellent communication and data analytics skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing engagement activities managing rewards and recognition programs and collaborating with vendors to deliver highimpact experiences. If you have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and are eager to bring fresh ideas and energy to our team we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
Plan organize and execute employee engagement events that align with organizational goals and enhance workplace culture.
Coordinate logistics manage budgets and ensure seamless of events.
Evaluate the success of events through feedback and metrics making improvements as needed.
2. Communication and Stage Presence:
Serve as a key communicator within the organization delivering presentations and facilitating workshops with confidence and clarity.
Develop and distribute engaging communications to promote events and activities.
3. Employee Engagement:
Design and implement innovative engagement activities that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with business objectives.
4. Milestone Recognition:
Develop and manage Milestone recognition programs (Service and personal milestones) that motivate and acknowledge employee contributions.
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make datadriven decisions.
5. Data Analytics and Management:
Leverage data analytics to provide insights into employee engagement and the effectiveness of programs.
Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI for reporting and to track key performance indicators.
6. Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure highquality service and value.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to align with organizational standards.
7. Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and other departments to support overall HR strategy and initiatives.
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee experience and engagement.
Proven track record in event management and of largescale engagement activities.
Exceptional communication skills and stage presence.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Power BI with experience in creating dynamic dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
