Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai. As a key contributor you will support our clients transformation journeys by analyzing business needs and devising strategies that leverage messaging channels. This is a fulltime role focused on delivering exceptional business solutions within various industries including BFSI utilizing your technical and analytical expertise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in BFSI Modules (Mandatory skill) is crucial for comprehending the industryspecific requirements and solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SQL for analyzing complex datasets and generating meaningful insights.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel to perform advanced data analysis create comprehensive models and deliver actionable reports.
- Competency in Tableau for visualizing data and providing strategic insights through interactive dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI to analyze data and share valuable insights across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to perform Process Mapping identifying process improvements and enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills to liaise with clients and understand their business goals and challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis and provide insights that drive digital transformation initiatives for clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing client infrastructures.
- Utilize datadriven techniques to interpret complex data sets and contribute to decisionmaking processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements document business processes and align delivery with business objectives.
- Develop detailed reports and visualizations to support strategic decisions and enhance client engagement.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
- Support project management activities including timelines deliverables and quality assurance.
