*Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades on the SAP HANA platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL AP AR AA etc. to meet business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Provide expertise in SAP HANA functionalities and capabilities advising on best practices and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Provide training and support to endusers and other team members.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including business process flows configuration guides and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and configurations.
*Mandatory skill sets
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Proven experience with SAP HANA including at least X full lifecycle implementation(s).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and management accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM SD PP).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in FICO and/or HANA is a plus.
*Preferred skill sets
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP environments.
