Title: Assistant Vice President
Duties: The Assistant Vice President (multiple openings) at ExlService LLC in Jersey City New Jersey will develop and implement business insights for subscriber behavior to increase clients market share. Apply analytical and statistical programming as well as visualization tools to drive the endtoend analytical process. Utilize SAS SQL Excel VBA PPT Tableau Visio MARS and CART to perform marketing analytics. Perform segmentation analysis and model prediction to make data meaningful and actionable. Conduct descriptive statistical analysis to uncover data insights based on subscriber patterns user content consumption and customer behavior trends. Build develop and maintain subscriber forecasting models reporting systems data automation systems dashboards and key performance indicators to support business decisions. Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources. Formulate requirements acquire data identify analytical methods create and validate models and develop actionable recommendations. Will travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology Computer Science or closely related field plus one year of professional experience building stabilizing validating and monitoring statistical models to ensure that they meet the retail sector client guidelines. Must include one year of experience in each of the following: 1 working with complex data structures and large datasets in a real business setting; 2 utilizing SAS SQL Excel VBA PPT Tableau Visio MARS and CART software; 3 delivering oral and written data analytics presentations to clients senior managers and executives; 4 big data processing data extraction and variable reduction; and 5 managing analytics projects with global resources.
