As a BIM Lead for a complex projectyou will play a critical role in driving BIM strategies ensuring seamlessintegration of digital workflows and optimizing project delivery. Thisposition is dedicated entirely to a large complex project requiring deepexpertise in BIM management coordination and advanced computational designtools.
Reporting to the BIMDirector and Project Leadership you will work closely with multidisciplinaryteams ensuring compliance with projectspecific BIM standards coordinatingdigital collaboration and proactively resolving technical challenges.

KeyResponsibilities
- Lead BIM implementation for a large multiphase complex project ensuring adherence to client and company standards.
- Manage and enforce project BIM Plans (BEPs) coordinating with all project stakeholders including consultants and contractors.
- Direct model coordination efforts overseeing clash detection model integration and issue resolution.
- Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) ensuring proper workflows version control and information sharing.
- Optimize and automate digital workflows integrating BIM with computational design tools (Rhino/Grasshopper Dynamo Python).
- Facilitate digital coordination meetings serving as the main point of contact for all project BIMrelated discussions.
- Ensure alignment with LOD (Level of Development) and LOIN (Level of Information Need) targets managing asset data and ensuring compliance with client deliverables.
- Participate in drawing production under the guidance of project leadership ensuring highquality documentation aligned with project standards.
- Mentor and train project team members bridging the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the BIM Director to drive digital innovation and implement advanced modeling strategies.
- Continuously monitor industry trends integrating cuttingedge solutions to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
What You WillBring
- 10 years of experience in BIM management including leading complex or largescale projects (P3 or equivalent preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud for highlevel project .
- Deep knowledge of model coordination processes including clash detection federated models and consultant data integration.
- Experience managing digital workflows across architecture engineering and construction disciplines.
- Proficiency in computational design tools (Rhino/Grasshopper Dynamo Python) for advanced modeling and automation.
- Strong leadership and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate highstakes project environments.
- Understanding of digital construction methodologies including GIS integration VR/AR applications and sustainability modeling.
- Proven track record of BIM training mentorship and process optimization on largescale projects.
- Ability to develop and enforce QA/QC processes for BIM deliverables.
